Shipping Policy
Orders are processed as quickly as possible once payment has been received and verified.
If expedited shipping is selected, the order will ship using the selected expedited service once the item arrives at our shipping facility. Not all items are available for same day shipment.
In stock orders typically ship within 24 hours.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
If a part is not currently in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it typically takes 2 to 3 business days to arrive at our facility and will then ship promptly to the customer. Most orders ship complete within 2 to 3 business days. Some manufacturer supplied parts may take up to 5 to 6 business days to arrive and will ship immediately once received.
Ground shipments typically take between 2 to 7 business days depending on the delivery location.
Overnight shipping may be available for an additional cost.
Oversized shipments may require additional freight charges. Customers will be contacted for approval before shipment if additional charges apply.
Transit times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping carrier substitutions may be made at our discretion in order to provide the most efficient delivery service.
Orders are shipped using major carriers including USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Shipping insurance covers loss or damage while the package is in transit with the carrier. Coverage ends once the shipment is scanned and confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Customers concerned about package security may request signature confirmation when placing an order.
We do not ship internationally.
We do not ship COD orders.
If an item becomes backordered or discontinued, we will make every reasonable effort to locate the part and notify you as quickly as possible.
