Website Pricing
Prices displayed on this website apply to online purchases only and do not include shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Online pricing may differ from in store pricing due to manufacturer incentives and reduced operational costs associated with online orders.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, or calculation errors at any time.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
If a pricing error occurs, we will notify the customer by email or phone before processing the order.
Order Verification
Billing and shipping addresses must match in order for an order to be processed.
Orders may be subject to verification procedures to prevent fraudulent transactions. We reserve the right to request additional identification or cancel orders that cannot be verified.
We also reserve the right to cancel any order that we determine may present financial risk, fraud risk, or operational concerns.
Order Cancellations
Orders placed Saturday through Sunday may be cancelled until 12:00 PM Pacific Time on the following Monday.
Orders placed Monday through Friday may be cancelled until 12:00 PM Pacific Time on the next business day.
Orders cancelled after the applicable cancellation window may be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee if the item has already been ordered from a warehouse or manufacturer.
Once an order has shipped and is no longer in our possession, it cannot be cancelled.
Special order items sourced directly from manufacturer warehouses may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been placed.
VIN Verification
Providing a VIN at checkout is strongly recommended to help confirm part compatibility.
If a VIN is not provided at checkout, the customer assumes responsibility for confirming that the part ordered is correct for their vehicle.
If the wrong part is ordered and no VIN was provided, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
Delivery
Delivery typically occurs within 2 to 10 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Orders are shipped using major carriers including USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Transit times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Damaged Shipments
Customers should inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.
If a package arrives visibly damaged, do not accept the shipment and request that the carrier return the package to the sender.
If a damaged package is delivered while you are not present, contact the shipping carrier immediately and notify our team so we can assist with the claim process.
All original packaging must be retained for shipping damage claims.
We must be notified promptly of any damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect items reported more than 30 days after delivery.
Package Security
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.
Customers concerned about package security may request signature confirmation when placing an order.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are governed by our Return Policy.
Authorized returns must be approved prior to shipment and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Returned items must be new, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging.
Installed, used, or modified parts are not eligible for return.
Electrical components are not returnable.
A 15 percent restocking fee may apply to returns that are not the result of our error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Depending on the customer’s financial institution, it may take 2 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on the account.
Installation Disclaimer
We are not responsible for installation errors or any labor costs associated with the installation or removal of parts.
We do not reimburse labor charges, towing fees, rental vehicles, diagnostic charges, or other related expenses.
Warranty
Warranty coverage is subject to the policies established by the original manufacturer.
Customers should review warranty coverage details prior to purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or modification
Environmental damage such as acid rain, chemical exposure, tree sap, salt, hail, flooding, or other natural events
Normal wear and deterioration including fading, discoloration, or cosmetic wear
Parts installed outside their intended application
Parts installed improperly or without following manufacturer guidelines
Parts installed on vehicles where the odometer has been altered or cannot be verified
Parts installed on vehicles declared a total loss or salvage
