Genuine Audi Chain Guide Track 079109469AD OEM S4 RS4 Allroad - Audi (079-109-469-AD)

Genuine Audi Chain Guide is the genuine OEM solution for maintaining precise timing chain alignment in your Audi S4, RS4, and Allroad. This upper center crank-to-idler chain guide fits the S4 and RS4 Cabriolet from VIN 8E4200001 and the Allroad from chassis 4B-4-075-001, ensuring a direct, no-modification fitment for these specific build ranges. This component — also referred to as an Engine Timing Chain Guide or timing track — keeps the timing chain under controlled tension as it travels from the crankshaft to the idler sprocket. Without proper guidance, the chain can slap, skip, or wear unevenly, leading to retarded timing and potentially catastrophic engine damage on Audi's high-performance 4.2L V8. Aftermarket versions frequently use inferior plastics that crack under the sustained heat and oil exposure these engines generate, compromising chain control precisely when it matters most. Genuine Audi OEM part 079109469AD is manufactured to the exact material specifications and dimensional tolerances Audi engineers designed for this application, guaranteeing long-term durability and reliable timing performance. Whether you search for an Audi S4 RS4 ALLROAD OEM Chain Guide or part number 079-109-469-AD, sourcing genuine means sourcing right. Audi Henderson is an authorized Audi dealer, and this part is backed by the manufacturer's warranty for complete peace of mind.
